Focus conditioner from mid-length to ends. Avoid the root area and tape bonds to maintain hold.
Always dry your extensions thoroughly after washing—preferably with a low heat setting. Avoid applying direct heat to the tape tabs.
Prior to heat styling, apply a professional-grade thermal protectant to shield hair from damage.
Avoid styling tools directly on the tape area to preserve the adhesive's strength.

Processing 1-3 working days.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL or Fedex International Priority (1-3 working days).
UK orders for Next Day Delivery will be shipped with Royal Mail.
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the hair extensions are unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging (including tags and security ties still intact). Please do not remove the ties and attempt to replace them as this will void the warranty and your order will not be refunded.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once extensions have been opened, installed, or tampered with, they are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the courier marking the order delivered.
Refund Process
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
