We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days of an order taking place. Ready to ship items will be always be shipped within 1 working day.

Delivery charges for Europe, USA, UAE, South Africa and the Rest of the World are calculated at the time of checkout.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL or Fedex International Priority (1-3 working days).
UK orders for Next Day Delivery will be shipped with Royal Mail.
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any applicable Import Duties or Tax requested by the local authorities of the country they reside in.
Duties and import tax charge is at the discretion of the Customs Authority in the designated region based on various different factors.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the hair extensions are unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging (including tags and security ties still intact). Please do not remove the ties and attempt to replace them as this will void the warranty and your order will not be refunded.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once extensions have been opened, installed, or tampered with, they are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the courier marking the order delivered.
Refund Process
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, custom orders, and discounted bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
